Merupakan seorang guru disalah sebuah sekolah Kittithorn berkata, "saya melihat bayi kecil itu ketika sedang melewati jalan raya di Uthani Thani semasa dalam perjalanan untuk mengawasi peperiksaan O-Net (Ujian Pendidikan Nasional) di Sekolah Banmai Klong Angwa yang terletak di daerah Ban Rai."
Menurut beliau, dia kemudian mendapati bahawa ibu kepada bayi berkenaan tidak berada ditempat kejadian dan ayahnya pula sedang tidur.
